The Contract

The following are a set of terms and conditions that relate to our online shopping facility. They form a legally binding contract between us, G.E.N.T, and you the Customer. It is important that you have read through and fully agree with all of the below before placing your order.

Privacy

We do not collect any information you enter on this website. All payment transactions are processed using PayPal and is not available to us. All information is collected for the purpose of Invoicing and Delivery only and will not be used for any statistical purpose.

Prices / Products

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will be invoiced using the prices given at the time of your order and will be advised if any additional costs are necessary to complete your order.

Payment

Credit/Debit Cards: Goods will be despatched only when authorisation has been given for full payment by your card issuer.

Orders / Delivery Times

Our objective is to operate a two/three working day despatch service, orders are downloaded daily at 12pm and any orders received before this time will be processed on that day unless otherwise advised by e-mail.

Delivery Charges

Postage within the UK is free of charge.

We regret we cannot post overseas at this time.

Security

All payments are processed by PayPal. Giving you, the Customer, peace of mind that all transactions are fully secure.

Returns

We regret for hygene reasons we cannot accept returned goods.
